Q: What is your Return Policy?

Q: Why have I not received my products yet?

A: Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an email informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. But mostly small ordered item gets to you within 2-3 working days while heavy items takes 5-7 working days.

Q: How do you charge for shipping?

A: A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address for deliveries outside Benin City. Deliveries in Benin City attracts a ₦800 delivery charge for our standard shipping.

Q: Do you have an office address?

A: Yes we do. Our corporate office is located at  No 8, Navis Street, Off Mission Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

However since we are online store, once we receive your order, we will deliver it to your doorstep.

Q: What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Q: Can you deliver to me anywhere in Nigeria?

A: Yes, Plinth Tech delivers products to customers anywhere in Nigeria, We have a partnership with Logistics Company for deliveries in and outside Benin City.


Q: How do I track my Order?

A: Cash on Delivery is accepted only in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

A: Our prices have already been discounted to make them as competitive as possible. However, for bulk purchases, a reasonable discount will be offered.

Q:Can I change or cancel my order?


A: Want to change or cancel an order?

As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give us a call though, if you want to change your order.

However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. Means the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.


Q:Do you offer payments by installment?


A: Plinth Tech works hard to fulfill all online shopping needs and yes we accept payments by installment.


Q:How do I make payment?


A: Plinth Tech has several payment options to choose from: Cash on Delivery or prepay via local or international MasterCard, VISA and Interswitch Verve Cards and also payment into the company’s account.
